Furthermore, the motorcycle has a ground clearance of 168 mm and a wheelbase of 1245 mm.

The bike is equipped with a dual analog instrument cluster; the first cluster is for the speedometer and the second cluster is for the fuel gauge. Other notable features are halogen headlights and taillights, side stand engine cut-off system and Combined Brake System (CBS) with equalizer.

Powertrain

The new Shine 100 is powered by an OBD2 compliant 99.7cc BS-6 air-cooled single cylinder engine. The engine – which is mated to a four-speed constant gear transmission – generates a peak power of 7.6 bhp and a peak torque of 8.05 Nm. The bike is also equipped with PGM-Fi fuel injection technology that boosts fuel economy up to 65 kmpl or more and Honda Friction Reduction technology that boosts engine performance.

Specifications

The suspension of the Shine 100 model is taken care of by a telescopic fork at the front and double shock absorbers at the rear. The bike has both drum brakes at both ends with a combined brake system and equalizer.
