Keeway has launched the new SR 250 in India at the Auto Expo 2023. The SR 250 has a neo-retro design and is powered by a 223cc single-cylinder engine that generates 15.6 bhp of peak power and peak torque. 16 Nm. The bike comes at an introductory price of INR 1.49 lakh.

Design and features

The new SR 250 has a similar neo-retro styled design to the SR 125. The bike comes with round LED headlamps, circular side mirrors, unibody seat and spoked wheels. In addition, the bike is offered in three color options: gloss white, gloss red and gloss black.

The SR 250 is packed with notable features like round digital instrument panel, LED units, Bluetooth connectivity and dual-channel ABS.

Engine

The SR 250 is powered by a 223cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, two-valve, air-cooled, FI engine. The engine generates a peak power of 16 bhp at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 16 Nm at 6500 rpm. For transmission, the engine is connected to a five-speed gearbox.
