TVS has updated its range of Ntorq scooters in Nepal with the launch of the new Ntorq Race XP – at an introductory price of Rs 3.05 lakh. The company says the new edition Race Ntorq is the first IC (Internal Combustion) engine scooter with riding modes and updated features.

Design and features

The new Ntorq Race XP gets the Stealth Aircraft design language. The new Ntorq model comes with the same design cues as its predecessors, but the new scooter features the brand's racing badge, color theme and graphics. Other notable design features of the scooter include sporty red wheels, LED headlamps, tail lamp with signature 'T' tail lamp, thick muffler and 12-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The Race XP features a fully digital instrument console – integrated with TVS SmartXonnect technology – that provides 60 functions such as voice assistance, incoming call alert, incoming SMS alert, missed call alert, navigation assistant, engine temperature indicator and phone signal. , among others.

Engine and performance

The all-new Ntorq XP is powered by a 125cc, three-valve, single-cylinder, bs-6, four-stroke, SI, air-cooled engine. The RT-Fi (Race Tuned Fuel Injection) engine generates a maximum power of 10.06 hp at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.8 Nm at 5500 rpm.

Furthermore, the scooter offers two driving modes: Race and Street. Race mode is ideal for maximum performance; Ntorq XP can accelerate up to a maximum speed of 98 km/h. And Street mode is ideal for city commuting and traffic conditions.
