Zeeho, a subsidiary of CF Moto, is gearing up to enter the Nepali market with the launch of its electric scooter – the AE8. Rishi Trade Center has taken over as the official distributor of Zee electric scooters in Nepal.

Design and features

The AE8 has a sporty and muscular design. The front dashboard features a 'Mech Face' design that features a V-shaped split LED headlight, and at the rear, the e-scooter features split grips and integrated taillights. In addition, the scooter can be offered in two different colors: Pearl White and Meteorite Black.

The Elektro is equipped with a 5-inch TFT instrument panel that displays information such as speed, odometer status, battery status, range, time and driving modes, among others. Other notable features are its proximity keyless entry, side stand detection, seat detection, smart central locking, start-stop switch, push assist, OTA updates, proximity watch, cushion sensor and smart central locking.

Powertrain

The AE8 will be powered by a 69V32Ah dual lithium-ion battery mated to a 12.5kW mid-mounted liquid cooler, generating a peak torque of 218Nm. The company claims that the e-scooter can accelerate from 0-50 km/h in 2.6 seconds and can reach a top speed of 100 km/h (in sports mode). In addition, the electric scooter was offered in three driving modes: Eco, Street and Sport.

For charging, the e-scooter is compatible with a quick charger that can charge the scooter from 0-80% in approximately two hours. And on one charge, the scooter provides an approximate range of 120-140 km, depending on the driving mode.
